Please read this entire site before you register.  There are no refunds once your entry is paid for any reason unless the director has to make a change.  Email all questions to amy@missheartoftheusa.com  Please submit your entry fee via paypal before completing the registration form. Once your entry fee is submitted you will be redirected back to this page to complete the form. We are only accepting the first 10 paid contestants per division.

When you select the Entry Fee Option it will take you to a new window you can click "continue shopping" on that window and it will bring you back here so you can add pre-purchase of photogenic entries and you can do the same thing to pre-purchase admission armbands.  Pre-purchase armbands are $7 on the website if you purchase at the door the day of the pageant they are $10.  Once your "shopping cart" has everything you would like to pay for you can check out.  Please return back to this website to complete the entry form at the bottom.

How to Enter: You can enter by paying your entry fee via paypal button above and then returning to this page and filling out the entry form at the very end of the page.  If you need a paper entry form you may click here to print one.

Attire: Attire for this pageant is CASUAL WEAR! This can be custom made or off the rack!
 
Hair and Makeup: We are NOT a glitz pageant but do allow makeup. We do not allow hair pieces or falls or flippers.  Please come completely dressed and ready to go on stage. There will be a bathroom available for minor touch ups but please arrive at the event completely ready in your pageant attire with hair and makeup finished!
 
Competition Details: Contestants will do a walk of choice to upbeat music. We provide the music so you do not need to bring a CD. Model like you are in a fashion show! :)
Contestants in the Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Division must have an adult on stage with them at all times.
 
Check In: Check in begins at 1:00 and ends at 1:45.
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY TO CHECK IN.
Contestants will not be allowed to check in after 1:45 so be sure you are on time!
WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE CONTESTANTS!
 
Judging: Contestants will be judged on Overall Appearance, Stage Presence and Personality.

We will award 8 AGE Divisional Queens and the following Queens.  And 5 Aditional Queens.  Age Divisional Queens are based on your scores from the judges.  The additional titles are based on the following,
please read how they are determined.  All 13 Queens will advance to the State Pageant with their entry fee paid.
 
Queen of Hearts title: All of our pageants are "Pageants with a Purpose" and we love to teach our girls the importance of giving back to the community. Each contestant is required to bring in a minimum of 10 nonperishable food items. The one contestant that brings in the most nonperishable food items will be awarded our Queen of Hearts title. If you are bringing in more than the required 10 you must have the food counted prior to turning it in. All food must be in boxes REUSABLE shopping bags labeled with the contestants name and division. The contestant who turns in the most food with the proper labeling will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed sash and entry fee paid to the 2012 Mississippi's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant. All of the food will be donated to Berkley Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church Food Pantry,
 
Ambassador: Our "Ambassador" title is awarded to the contestant who refers the most contestants to compete at the 2012 Prentiss County's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant. For a referral to count the contestant must put YOUR name in the referrer line and pay her entry fee. Each Referral counts as 1 point towards this title.  You may also hang posters for 1 point each and get sponsors for 3 points each, vendor spots are also available you will get 5 points for each spot you sell.  The link below will allow you to print out the Ambassador Rules, posters, sponsor forms and vendor forms.  You may also request a "care package" for the state office.  Email the director at amy@missheartoftheusa.com in the subject line put "Care Package" make sure to include the contestant name and mailing address in the email.  Care Packages are mailed out the next business day after the request is received.
Winner will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of the USA County Queen sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 Mississippi's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.

Viewers Choice: Our Viewers Choice title is voted on by the audience. Each vote is $1.00 and you can vote as many times as you'd like. The contestant with the most votes WINS!  You can start to collect votes now from friends and family that may not be able to attend the pageant.
Winner will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of the USA County Queen sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 Mississippi's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.  AND an exclusive ticket to the VIP Pizza Party at the State Pageant.

Miss Photogenic: Photos can be of any size and do not have to be professionally done. This can be a head shot or full body shot. You can include up to 5 photos at $10.00 per photo. The photo with the highest score will be used towards your total photogenic score. We will award ONE overall photogenic winner.  She will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of the USA  County Queen Sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 Mississippi's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.
*YOU MUST FIRST ENTER YOUR DIVISION BEFORE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR THE PHOTOGENIC TITLE*

Miss Scholarship Queen:  That is right we are giving you the chance to get the gorgeous ROUND CROWN at the prelim!!!  We are adding the Miss Scholarship Title to our preliminary competition.  To be qualified for this title you must request scholarship tickets from the Mississippi State Office (email is mississippi@missheartoftheusa.com).  Sell at least 30 tickets to qualify for this title.  The young lady who sells the most tickets will get a ROUND CROWN, custom monogrammed sash, rhinestone sash pin and her entry fee paid to the 2012 Mississippi's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.  Plus any queen that sells 30 tickets will get a round crown at the prelim as well.


We will also award a first and second runner up in each division. Runners up will receive a medal and gift certificate to be used toward State Pageant entry fees.
 
Each person entering the BALLROOM (except for the contestant) is required to purchase an armband. These armbands are $10.00 each.

Interested in becoming a sponsor or vendor for this event?  We offer several options for your company to help support our missions to stomp out hunger one county at a time.  We need sponsors and vendors to help cover the cost so we can keep our entry fees low therefore allowing more contestants to enter and thus collecting more food to be donated. 

Program Sponsor: $25 allows your company to have a business card size ad in the program

Divisional Sponsor: $75 pays for the crown and banner for the age division or title of your choice you will also get a business card size ad in the program and advertising on our Facebook fan page.

Event Sponsor: $250 covers the cost of the venue and entitles your company to a full page ad in the program and advertising on all posters, fliers and our Facebook Fan Page.

Vendor
: $50 plus the donation of one door prize valued at $25.  Vendors get a table at the pageant to set up their products and a business card size ad in the program and advertising on our Facebook Fan Page.

You understand that EVERYONE in your party including the contestant is to be a good sport at all times and that Miss Heart of the USA LLC reserves the right to rescind any title and refuse entry to any event due to bad sportsmanship or negative behavior/actions by any titleholder or anyone in their party.
