To enter a prelim see the list below and click on the link for the one you wish to enter. If you wish to enter state at large please continue to read this entire page and use the entry form at the bottom.

Meet this year's County Queen's competing for a State Crown and vote for your favorite at Kentucky's Viewer's Choice
Basic Entry Fee: $100.00 this includes Formal Wear competition, Self Introduction competition (and the t-shirt) and 1 entry in the photogenic competition.
Supreme Entry Fee: $135 this includes EVERYTHING!!! Formal Wear, Self introduction and the t-shirt, photogenic, AND HEART THEME!!!!

Please read this entire page and ask any questions before you submit your payment. There are no refunds once your payment is submitted for any reason. Register for the state pageant and represent your county or city for $100. Your entry fee includes your Rhinestone Crown, Monogram Miss Heart of the USA Sash, Rhinestone Pin, your state packet and 1 State T-Shirt. The entry fee includes your required events at the state pageant. You can choose to enter Heart Theme optional for $35 each. To compete for Supreme Beauty you must enter Heart Theme Casual Wear. In the event of a tie your next highest optional event is added to your score.
Basic Entry Fee Includes $100:
Entering the basic package allows you to be up for ALL titles EXCEPT the Supreme Beauty Title.

Required:
Self Introduction - Little Miss - Ms Divisions will do a self introduction (must be under 1 minute). Attire for this self introduction is black shorts, capri's or black pants with our State Miss Heart of the USA T-Shirt. Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Divisions will of course not do a self introduction instead they will just compete in their State T-Shirt and black bottoms. State T-Shirts will not be available until check in for the pageant.
T-Shirts cost is included in your entry fee. You must have on the official State T-Shirt for Self Introduction, if you are not wearing it you will be deducted 5 points per judge.
Formal wear - Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Divisions wear Short Pageant Dress. Little Miss can wear either short or long pageant dress and Petite - Ms Divisions will need a long pageant dress. Contestants will be judged on personality, fit and style of garment, overall appearance and poise & smile.
Photogenic - Photos can be of any size and do not have to be professionally done. This can be a head-shot or full body shot. Photos are scored on personality projection, clarity and overall photogenic qualities. PHOTOS WILL BE TURNED IN AT THE PAGEANT!.
1 photo is included with your entry fee, you can include up to 5 additional photos at an additional charge of $15.00 per photo. The one photo with the highest score will then be used towards your photogenic score. All photos submitted must have the contestants name and age division on the back. No photos will be accepted in frames or hard cases. Photos can be any size up to 8x10 color or black and white. Photos that do not have proper labeling on the back will not be accepted.
Supreme Entry Fee Includes $135:

Casual Wear - This heart themed area of competition is a chance for you to show us your sense of style. Get creative with your outfit! This outfit can be custom made or "off the rack". Model like you are in a fashion show. You will be judged on overall appearance, stage presence, personality projection and eye contact. Baby and Tiny Miss Divisions will be judged on personality and overall appearance.
Prizes
8 Age Divisional Queens will receive a monogrammed sash, beautiful rhinestone state level tiara, rhinestone sash pin, misc. prize package and $495.00 entry fee paid to the Miss Heart of the USA National Pageant in Orlando, Florida where they will compete for $5,000!
-1All State Queens are REQUIRED to attend the National Pageant in Orlando, FL on November 156, 2013.
We will also crown the following 5 Additional Queens please read the details for each title to know how these titles are decided. These 5 additional Queens will also receive a monogrammed sash, beautiful rhinestone state level tiara, rhinestone sash pin, misc. prize package and $495.00 entry fee paid to the Miss Heart of the USA National Pageant in Orlando, Florida where they will compete for $5,000!
Our Most Prestigious Titles
Each county/city queen also has the opportunity to vie for one of our most prestigious titles. There is no extra charge to participate in this and each queen is encouraged to do so. We recommend registering as soon as possible so you have as much time as possible to vie for these titles!
Queen of Hearts
Queen of Hearts: All of our pageants are food drives. Each contestant competing is required to turn in 20 non perishable food items the day of the state pageant. Each contestant is encouraged to get out in their community and collect additional non perishable food items above and beyond their required 20. The contestant that turns in the most non perishable food items during their reign will be crowned our Queen of Hearts. All of the food collected at the Kentucky Miss Heart of the USA Pageant will be donated to an organization in the Louisville area! If you would like to nominate an organization to receive the food please contact us! Our State Queen of Hearts will receive a Rhinestone ROUND Crown, monogram Miss Heart of the USA Zebra Print Sash, Rhinestone pin, and her entry fee paid to the 2013 National Pageant.
Community Queen
Community Queen: As a County/City Queen with the Miss Heart of the USA pageant you are encouraged to participate in community service activities. In your queens kit you will receive a tracking form that you submit to our office monthly for each community service activity you participate in. The more activities you participate in, the more points you earn. The queen with the most points is awarded this title! Our State Community Queen will receive a Rhinestone State Level Tiara, monogram Miss Heart of the USA Zebra Print Sash, Rhinestone pin, and her entry fee paid to the 2013 National Pageant.
Ambassador
Ambassador: This title is based on a point system earned for helping to promote the 2013 Kentcuky Miss Heart of the USA State pageant. Points are earned for each referral to the state pageant. You will get 5 points for each referral that enters and pays for the state pageant. You can also earn points for putting posters up in your area advertising our State Pageant. Each set of 20 posters earns 10 Ambassador Points. PLUS if you know people who live in a state that does not currently hold a state pageant you can earn 10 points for referring them to represent their state at the 2013 National Pageant. Our State Ambassador will receive a Rhinestone State Level Tiara, monogram Miss Heart of the USA Zebra Print Sash, Rhinestone pin, and her entry fee paid to the 2013 National Pageant.
Supreme Beauty
The Supreme Beauty is the one contestant with the highest overall score. To be able to compete for this title you must also enter the Supreme Entry Package . Prize will include a Rhinestone Round Crown, Monogrammed Zebra Print Sash and her entry fee paid to the 2013 Miss Heart of the USA National Pageant !!!
All State Queens are
REQUIRED to attend the National Pageant in Orlando, FL on November 2013.
Our Fun Title
Viewers Choice: This title is chosen by the audience. During the pageant the audience has the opportunity to vote for who they would like to see be awarded this title. Each vote is $1.00. We will award a Viewer's Choice in each age division with a special gift and the one with the most overall votes will be our State Viewer's Choice and will receive a Rhinestone Tiara, monogram Miss Heart of the USA Zebra Print Sash, Rhinestone pin, her entry fee paid to the 2013 National Pageant.
All State Queens are REQUIRED to attend the National Pageant in Orlando, FL on November 2013.
Entry Fee
There are 2 entry fee options for this pageant. Basic Entry is $100 and Supreme Entry is $135. Both packages include an official county queen kit.
You will receive a rhinestone crown, official Miss Heart of the USA County/City Queen Sash, State Information Packet, Rhinestone Crown Pin and Referral Cards. You will also receive access to our Queens only group on NING where you can chat with other Miss Heart of the USA County, City and State Queens!
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your kit to arrive.

Earn your official County Queen Round Crown!! Our scholarship program is funding by the sell of Signatures for Scholarships. Each signature sells for $1. Each Queen is asked to sell 150 signatures and she will be awarded with this beautiful round crown to wear plus her Signature for Scholarships page will be printed in the 2013 State Program.
Every person coming to watch the pageant will be required to have a armband to get in the door. The only exception to this are the contestant (who much have their contestant number on to get in the door). Armbands may be purchased the day of the pageant for $10.
