  All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Relay for Life in Graceville.  Funds will be donated through the Miss Heart of the USA Relay for Life Team for 2012 Team Captain is Caree Ray.

Divisions

Your division is based on your age as of January 1st, 2012!

Baby Miss (Ages 0-23 months)
Tiny Miss (Ages 2-4 years)
Little Miss (Ages 5-7)
Petite Miss (Ages 8-10)
Junior Miss (Ages 11-13)
Teen Miss (Ages 14-16)
Miss (Ages 17-23)
Ms (ages 24 and up)
 
*YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN GRACEVILLE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE!*

This pageant is open to MHOUSA Queens (National/State/County/City)  If you are a current MHOUSA Queen and win this pageant you will win a special gift geared towards the "Turn your Crown to Round" program.  If you are a not a MHOUSA Queen you will win your entry fee to the 2012 North Florida's Miss Heart of the USA State Pageant.

How to enter: You can enter by paying your entry fee via paypal button above and then returning to this page and filling out the entry form at the very end of the page. 


Want a FREE ENTRY?  If you get $100 in sponsors and/or vendors your $45 entry fee is waived.  Please contact the director by email for all the details.  You can also get 2 paid entries in any age division and earn your entry for free.  This is only good until November 1, 2011.

Attire:
Attire for this pageant is PAGEANT DRESS! Baby through Little Miss can wear pageant or heirloom or Sunday Best, Petite through Ms wear pageant dress.
 
Hair and Makeup: We are NOT a glitz pageant but do allow makeup. We will have a changing room behind the stage area to get ready.  If you are planning on having someone do your hair and make up please talk to the director before you tell them they can set up at the pageant.
 

Competition Details: Contestants will do a front "T" walk.  We provide the music so you do not need to bring a CD.
Contestants in the Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Division must have an adult on stage with them at all times.

 

Check In: Check in begins at 5:00 and ends at 5:45.

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY TO CHECK IN.

Contestants will not be allowed to check in after 5:45 so be sure you are on time!
WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE CONTESTANTS!

 

Judging: Contestants will be judged on Overall Appearance, Stage Presence and Personality.   Junior through Ms will have an onstage question.


We will award 8 AGE Divisional Queens and the following Queens.  Age Divisional Queens are based on your scores from the judges the following titles please read how they are determined.  All Queens will advance to the State Pageant with their entry fee paid.
 

Queen of Hearts title: All of our pageants are "Pageants with a Purpose" and we love to teach our girls the importance of giving back to the community. Each contestant is encouraged to help raise money for the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life.  The young lady in our pageant who raises the most money will be crowned our Queen of Relay Queen.  She will receive a crown, sash and her entry fee to the 2012 North Florida's Miss Heart of the USA State Pageant.

 
Ambassador: Our "Ambassador" title is awarded to the contestant who refers the most contestants to compete at the 2012 Miss Heart of Relay for Life Pageant. For a referral to count the contestant must put YOUR name in the referrer line and pay her entry fee. Each Referral counts as 1 point towards this title.  You may also hang posters for 1 point each and get sponsors for 3 points each, vendor spots are also available you will get 5 points for each spot you sell.  The link below will allow you to print out the Ambassador Rules, posters, sponsor forms and vendor forms.  You may also request a "care package" for the state office.  Email robbin@Missheartoftheusa.com
in the subject line put "Care Package" make sure to include the contestant name and mailing address in the email.  Care Packages are mailed out the next business day after the request is received.

Winner will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of America County Queen sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 North Florida's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.

Viewers Choice: Our Viewers Choice title is voted on by the audience. Each vote is $1.00 and you can vote as many times as you'd like. The contestant with the most votes WINS!  You can start to collect votes now from friends and family that may not be able to attend the pageant.
Winner will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of America County Queen sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 North Florida's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.

Miss Photogenic: Photos can be of any size and do not have to be professionally done. This can be a head shot or full body shot. You can include up to 5 photos at $10.00 per photo. The photo with the highest score will be used towards your total photogenic score. We will award ONE overall photogenic winner.  She will receive a rhinestone crown, monogrammed Miss Heart of the USA County Queen Sash, rhinestone pin and entry fee paid to the 2012 North Florida's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant.
*YOU MUST FIRST ENTER YOUR DIVISION BEFORE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR THE PHOTOGENIC TITLE*


We will also award a first and second runner up in each division. Runners up will receive a medal and gift certificate to be used toward State Pageant entry fees.
 
Each person entering the BALLROOM (except for the contestant) is required to purchase an armband. These armbands are $10.00 each.

Interested in becoming a sponsor or vendor for this event?  We offer several options for your company to help support our missions to stomp out hunger one county at a time.  We need sponsors and vendors to help cover the cost so we can keep our entry fees low therefore allowing more contestants to enter and thus collecting more food to be donated. 

Program Sponsor: $25 allows your company to have a business card size ad in the program

Divisional Sponsor: $75 pays for the crown and banner for the age division or title of your choice you will also get a business card size ad in the program and advertising on our Facebook fan page.

Event Sponsor: $460 covers the cost of the venue and entitles your company to a full page ad in the program and advertising on all posters, fliers and our Facebook Fan Page.

Vendor: $50 plus the donation of one door prize valued at $25.  Vendors get a table at the pageant to set up their products and a business card size ad in the program and advertising on our Facebook Fan Page.
